How to Pay

• Note your Transaction Reference shown below — add it to your bank transfer description so we can track your payment instantly.
• Click "Copy Account Number" to copy our bank details.
• A 10-minute countdown begins immediately — transfer within this time.
• Transfer the exact amount shown to the account below.
• Proceed to Step 2, fill your details, then upload your receipt in Step 3.
• Click "Confirm Booking" in Step 4 to receive your Booking ID and booking reference.
• Present your Booking ID, booking reference, and a valid ID at the front desk upon arrival.

Terms & Conditions

• Any room booked for a specific date — if the customer fails to arrive on that date and time — an extra charge applies, or the customer forfeits 10% of the amount paid and the remainder will be refunded.
• Samrossy Hotel is not responsible for failed transactions, transfers to wrong accounts, or loss of funds. For such issues, contact your bank or provide a statement of account.
• Customers who choose Half Payment (Deposit) must settle the remaining balance in full at the front desk before checking in. Failure to pay the balance will forfeit the right to lodge.
• Customers who choose Payment on Arrival must pay the full room rate at the front desk on check-in. Room reservation is not guaranteed until payment is completed.
• Upon arrival, customers must present: a valid means of identification (Driver's License, NIN, or International Passport) and their booking reference generated by this system.
• Failure to present either item forfeits the right to lodge at Samrossy Hotel, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria.
• All bookings are subject to room availability at time of arrival.
• Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon) the following day from your check-in time.
